PDMRs' Shareholding

Mr D J Lanchester, a PDMR and Company Secretary of the Company, has notified the Company that he has exercised an award under the Company's Performance Share Plan in respect of 634 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on 27 November 2008. An award of 3,484 shares was granted on 4 October 2005, but due to some of the performance conditions in respect of the Award not being met, the award vested in respect of 634 shares.

Following the exercise, Mr Lanchester holds 13,041 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr V B Vaghela, a PDMR of the Company, has notified the Company that he has exercised an award under the Company's Performance Share Plan in respect of 1,841 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company on 27 November 2008. An award of 10,113 shares was granted on 4 October 2005, but due to some of the performance conditions in respect of the Award not being met, the award vested in respect of 1,841 shares.

Following the exercise, Mr Vaghela holds 55,714 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
