UTV Media PLC23 October 2007 UTV Media plc (the "Company") Substantial Shareholdings Following the scheme of arrangement of UTV plc becoming effective, trading inordinary shares of 5 pence each in UTV Media plc commenced on the London StockExchange and the Irish Stock Exchange on 15 October 2007.
