Director’s dealing

Wireless Group plc announces that on 5 April 2016 the following directors notified the Company that on 5 April 2016 they purchased the following shares in the Company:

Richard Huntingford (Chairman): 32,143 ordinary shares at £1.85 per share

Stephen Kirkpatrick (Non Executive Director): 8,815 shares at £1.85 per share

Following the above share purchases by the two Board members their total shareholding in the Company is detailed below;

Richard Huntingford 50,000 ordinary shares representing 0.073% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Stephen Kirkpatrick 15,000 ordinary shares representing 0.022% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The shareholding amounts and percentages set out above take into account the share consolidation which took effect on 23 March 2016, as previously announced

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
