UTV Media plc announces that Mr Roy Bailie, Non Executive Director, purchased 433,025 ordinary shares in the Company between 12 March and 17 March 2009 at an average price of 68.81p.
Following the purchase, Mr Bailie holds 857,235 shares in UTV Media plc, representing 0.89% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
