Specialty metal exploration and development company Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF) (AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or the "Company")Β has applied for 2,815,380 depository interests representing fully paid ordinary shares (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') ("Admission").
The Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of options. Of the 2,815,380 options being exercised 85,000 are being exercised by Directors of the Company, namely John Hopkins and Humphrey Hale. Further details are set out below:
