Wolf Minerals Limited (AIM: WLFE), has today issued Mr Donald Newport, Non-Executive Director, 50,378 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of fees at a rate of A$0.1191 per Ordinary Share under the Wolf Minerals Limited Directors' Share Plan as approved by shareholders on 21 November 2014, 16 November 2015 and 29 November 2016.
Following the above transaction, Mr Donald Newport has an interest in a total of 210,035 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
