Wolf Minerals Limited (AIM: WLFE), has today issued to a person closely associated with Mr John Hopkins, Non-Executive Director, 192,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of fees at a rate of A$ 0.0625 per Ordinary Share under the Wolf Minerals Limited Directors' Share Plan as approved by shareholders on 28 November 2017.
Following the above transaction, Mr John Hopkins has an interest in a total of 1,735,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
