Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 7 November 2017 the issued share capital of Workspace consists of 163,801,886 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £1 each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 163,801,886.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 163,801,886 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Workspace under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
