Publication of 2023 Annual Report & Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

Workspace Group PLC (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, together with the 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been issued to shareholders and can be viewed and downloaded on the Company's website, www.workspace.co.uk/investors.

Copies of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting, will be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 6 July 2023 at 11.00am at Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE.
