Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") Shareholding
M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 1 July 2022, that on the same day, Gina Agace and Louis Agace, daughter and son, respectively, of, and persons closely associated with, Simon Agace, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, each purchased 900 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 162 pence per Share. As a result, Gina Agace's interest in the Company increased to 38,160 Shares, representing 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Louis Agace's interest in the Company increased to 44,697 Shares, representing 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the above transactions, Simon Agace and persons closely associated with him now hold, in aggregate, 5,320,981 Shares, representing 41.79 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company's share capital.
