In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Majestic Wine PLC announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 70,622,512 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").
Majestic Wine PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Majestic Wine PLC is 70,622,512.
The above figure 70,622,512 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Majestic Wine PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
