Helen Keays is 41 and is a marketing professional with wide experience ofseveral consumer sectors, including travel, retail, financial services andtelecoms. After a series of appointments in FMCG marketing positions, she joinedSears where she was successively Marketing Director for Searscard, Richards andWarehouse. She then moved to Vodafone in 1997 as Marketing Director of theVodafone Retail business before moving to a series of general management rolesin the Vodafone group. Helen was a board director of Vodafone UK Limited between2002 and 2004. She is a non-executive director of Chrysalis Group PLC and of the BritanniaBuilding Society.
