Planning consent upheld after legal challenge dismissed

Renewable Energy Generation Limited ("REG") (AIM: WIND), the UK renewable energy group, notes that the High Court has today upheld the planning consent for REG's 10MW Denzell Downs project in Cornwall.
Β
Cornwall Council originally granted permission for the scheme in 2011, but a legal challenge to that permission has delayed progressing the project.

Denzell Downs is one of the most energetic locations for a wind farm in the UK and we look forward to progressing its construction, in the process releasing much needed community funding for the local area".
