Director's Shareholding
Renewable Energy Generation Limited ("the Company") received notification on 31 October 2013 that, on that date, Mr Andrew Whalley, a director of the Company, purchased on behalf of his SIPP 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr Whalley's beneficial interest in the Company is 392,017 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.38% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
