In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Wincanton plc announces that, with effect from 1 March 2023, Gill Barr, who is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of DFS Furniture PLC.
