CEO Start Date
Wincanton plc is pleased to confirm that following the announcement on 9 May 2019 of the appointment of James Wroath as CEO, he will join the business and be appointed to the Board with effect from 2 September 2019.
Adrian Colman will step down as CEO and from the Board, with effect from 2 September 2019, but will remain accessible to James and the executive team until 31 October 2019 to ensure a smooth handover.
