In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington plc (the "Company") announces that today 11 March 2016, Linda Wake, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), sold 5,519 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 267.37p per share. The transaction took place in London. Her resultant holding is 49,586 ordinary shares of 5p each, which represents 0.06% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
