MKM Group PLC20 April 2007 MKM Group plc Holding in Company MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notificationpursuant to the implementation of the Transparency Directive of the followinginterests in the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital:- • Eaglet Investment Trust plc has an indirect interest in 3,825,000ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 8.74 per cent of the total votingrights of the Company. The undertaking through which these voting rights areheld is HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd. • WH Ireland Group plc has a direct interest in 3,000,000 ordinaryshares of 0.5p each, representing 6.86 per cent of the total voting rights ofthe Company. • ISIS EP LLP has an indirect interest in 2,300,000 ordinary shares of0.5p each, representing 5.26 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.The undertaking through which these voting rights are held is Chase NomineesLtd. • Calculus Capital Limited has an indirect interest in 1,700,000ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 3.89 per cent of the total votingrights of the Company. The undertaking through which these voting rights areheld is Calculus Nominees Ltd. • Victor Koch, a director of the Company, has a direct interest in7,263,637 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 16.60 per cent of the totalvoting rights of the Company. • Mark Koch, Chief Executive of the Company, has a direct interest in7,263,636 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 16.60 per cent of the totalvoting rights of the Company. • David Mond, a Non-executive director of the Company, has a directinterest in 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 9.14 per centof the total voting rights of the Company. • Andrew Johnson, the Executive Chairman of the Company, has a directinterest of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each, representing 8 per cent ofthe total voting rights of the Company.
