Grant of Options
On 23 May 2012 options over 324,281 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to employees of the Company under the terms of the WH Ireland Group plc Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 84.5p per Share at any time between 24 May 2015 and 23 May 2022. The Directors listed below received options as follows:
