Directorate Change

Further to the announcement of 26 February 2014, the Board of WH Ireland is pleased to announce that Dan Cowland has been appointed as Finance Director with immediate effect. He will join the Board and senior management team, and will be based in London.

Daniel James Cowland, aged 40, was previously finance director at Shore Capital Stockbrokers and has also worked at Macquarie Bank and Lehman Brothers.

Richard Killingbeck, CEO of WHI commented:

"I am very pleased to welcome Dan to WH Ireland's Board. Dan will work closely with myself to deliver our strategic ambitions and will help bring greater focus and rigour to the financial management of the Company."

Dan is not, and has not been in the last 5 years, a director or partner of any company or partnership.

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
