Directorate Change

The Board of WH Ireland is pleased to announce that Tim Steel has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Timothy Michael Steel, aged 61, was previously vice-Chairman of Cazenove Capital Management and is now Chairman of Committed Capital (a private equity boutique) and Chairman of Castle Alternative AG (a Swiss listed fund of hedge funds, managed by LGT Capital Partners).

Rupert Lowe, Chairman of WH Ireland commented:

Tim`s past experience at Cazenove and Co on both the Corporate Broking side of its business, and most latterly as vice-Chairman of Cazenove Capital Management Ltd, its wealth management business, will be of immense value as we continue to grow and develop these two divisions of WH Ireland. Tim will not only strengthen the Board but also brings with him significant knowledge of our industry to help us achieve our strategic objective of becoming a leading UK independent financial services business."

Tim is currently a director of Committed Capital Limited; Prophotonix Limited; Wellesley House and St. Peter's Court Educational Trust Limited; Wellesley House and St. Peter's Court Enterprises Limited; and Castle Alternative Invest AG.

Tim was previously a director of Turner Contemporary Art Trust Game and Wildlife Conversation Trust; Cazenove Capital Management Pension Trustee Limited; Cazenove New Europe (CFM1) Limited; Policy Exchange Limited and a partner of Nomina No. 380 LLP.

Tim was also a director of Corgi International Limited ("CIL") until January 2009. CIL was put into administration on 3 July 2009, and has since ceased trading.

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
