AGM Statement

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, will hold its Annual General Meeting in London this morning.

Terry Stannard, Walker Greenbank's Chairman, will make the following statement:

"We are pleased with trading to date in the current year. Growth in brand sales is ahead of the position at the time of our preliminary results and margins remain strong. Manufacturing is performing well, aided by the rapid growth in digital printing.

"We continue to be successful in increasing our licence income, helped in part by the launch of the Scion brand.

"We remain confident of the outlook for the full year."
