From this it will be seen that Walker Crips Asset Managers Limited("WCAM") are one of three Fund Management Groups who have been selected tomanage a part of the £444M HSBC Income Fund. It is anticipated that WCAM willmanage approximately £133M of the portfolio's assets. This mandate will extend materially Funds under Management within the WalkerCrips Asset Managers division and is due acknowledgement of the significantachievements of our Fund Management Team over the last four years.
