Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today of the following transaction by Sean Kin Wai Lam, Chief Executive Officer, of the Company.
On 28 February 2019, Sean Kin Wai Lam purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam is 511,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
