Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification of the following transactions by connected persons of Lim Hua Min, Non-Executive Director of the Company.
On 10 September 2020, Lim Hua Min purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 26.00 pence per Ordinary Share through connected persons who are members of his family constituting a concert party for disclosure purposes ("Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons").
Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons is 11,841,789 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
