Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 01 October 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 72,548 ordinary shares (comprising of 36,274 Partnership and 36,274 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 26.6p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their September salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.
Sean Lam acquired 561 Partnership shares and 561 Matching shares, giving him a total of 51,944 held in his Share Incentive Plan. David Gelber acquired 561 Partnership shares and 561 Matching shares, giving him a total of 120,793 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
