Walker Crips Group plc25 April 2008 WALKER CRIPS GROUP plc - DIRECTOR/PDMR Shareholding Walker Crips Group plc25 April 2008 Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 24th April 2008 the Trustees of theWalker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 48,000 ordinary shares(comprising 19,206 Partnership shares and 28,794 Matching shares) for thebenefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was89p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions tothe Plan deducted from their April pay. The Matching shares are purchased forthe employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibilitycriteria.
