Walker Crips Group plc25 March 2008 WALKER CRIPS GROUP plc - DIRECTOR/PDMR Shareholding Walker Crips Group plc 25 March 2008 Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 20th March 2008 the Trustees of theWalker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 41,901 ordinary shares(comprising 16,766 Partnership shares and 25,135 Matching shares) for thebenefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was92p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions tothe Plan deducted from their March pay. The Matching shares are purchased forthe employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibilitycriteria.
