Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 27 March 2015 of the following transactions by Sean Kin Wai Lam, Group Managing Director, and connected persons of Lim Hua Min, Non-Executive Director of the Company.

On 27 March 2015, Sean Lam purchased 221,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 43.02 pence per Ordinary Share and Lim Hua Min purchased 221,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.02 pence per Ordinary Shares through connected persons who are members of his family constituting a concert party for disclosure purposes ("Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons").

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Lam is 422,996 Ordinary Shares representing 1.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company. The total holding by Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons is 9,087,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
