Water Intelligence plc (the "Company")
PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that it received notification on 1 December 2020 that Dr Patrick DeSouza, Executive Chairman of the Company, has, for personal estate and tax planning purposes, transferred 2,340,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to two related trusts, of which his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries. Dr DeSouza is the trustee of one of the trusts and his wife is the trustee of the other.
Following these transfers, Dr DeSouza will hold 447,110 Ordinary Shares in his own name, but his beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged. The following notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail on the transfers.
