WANdisco achieves strategic AWS certification for data migration

WANdisco becomes the only independent software vendor certified for Data Lake Migration in the new Workload Mobility for Data Migration Category

WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the LiveData company for machine learning and AI, has achieved an important milestone with Amazon Web Services (AWS), by becoming the first independent software vendor (ISV) to achieve AWS Competency Status in the area of data migration.

The achieved status reflects the Group's stated focus of accelerating the Company's growth ambitions through pursuing near term opportunities with channel partners, presenting a deep seam of potential customers for data migration.

AWS Competency Status recognizes WANdisco LiveData Migrator as the market leading data lake migration and replication platform for AWS customers. The advanced status presents further opportunity for WANdisco to migrate large-scale on-premises Hadoop data lake into the cloud for AWS customers.

LiveData Migrator ensures data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across any environment and is the only platform that allows production applications on-premise to continue to operate while data is migrating and under active change.
