In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital as at 28 February 2013 consists of 21,422,402 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.
The above figure of 21,422,402 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
