Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital as at 31 May 2013 consists of 21,432,579 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.
The above figure of 21,432,579 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
