Share Dealing

Sheffield, UK - WANdisco (LSE: WAND), a provider of high-availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data and distributed software development, announces on 18 June 2013 the following directors sold ordinary shares of £0.10 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

·; David Richards, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 810 pence per share net of commissions. Following this transaction David Richards is interested in 2,783,153 Ordinary Shares representing 13.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

·; James Campigli, Chief Marketing Officer and COO of the Company, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 810 pence per share net of commissions. Following this transaction James Campigli is interested in 1,544,143 Ordinary Shares representing 7.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Yeturu Aahlad, Chief Scientist, sold 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 810 pence per share net of commissions. Following this transaction Yeturu Aahlad is interested in 2,825,091 Ordinary Shares representing 13.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Senior management continue to hold a significant interest in WANdisco Ordinary Shares.
