2 February 2015 WALCOM GROUP LIMITED ("Walcom" or "the Company") Directorate Change Walcom announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Eddie Chan asNon-Executive Chairman. Eddie will stand down from the Board of Directors witheffect from 1 April 2015 to focus on his other business commitments. Eddie hasbeen Non-Executive Chairman since the Company's admission to trading on AIM inDecember 2006. The Company is already well advanced with the process of identifying a newChairman and the Board expects to make a further announcement in due course.
