Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Vulcan Two Group plc, the company aiming to create the UK's leading regulated ePharmacy through buy-and-build, is pleased to announce that, further to the disclosure made in its AIM Admission Document dated 29 August 2025, Simon Carter has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Director of the Company, with effect from today's date.

Prior to joining Vulcan Two, Simon served as Finance Lead at the UK Contact Lens Hub of EssilorLuxottica SA following the company's acquisition of Vision Direct, where he was responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, planning and reporting process across multiple business units, countries and group companies. Simon was a prominent member of senior management at Vision Direct and worked closely with Vulcan Two's Executive Directors, having joined in 2016. Simon has also held commercial finance roles at Deutsche Telekom UK Ltd, T-Mobile (UK) Limited, Wickes Group PLC and Microlease, Inc. (now Electro Rent Corporation). Simon qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2009 and has over 20 years of finance experience.

Simon Justin Carter, aged 50, is not currently a director of any other companies, nor has he been in the past five years. There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
