This annoucement confirms that Baker Estates Limited a person closely associated ("PCA") with Greg Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer of the Company have disposed of its entire shareholding of 893,348 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Shares") for a total gross sum of ÂĢ8,573,024.51. Baker Estates Limited is an a private housebuilding firm based in the South West of which Greg is a Director and Shareholder.
Greg Fitzgerald continues to hold 745,845 Shares which constitutes 0.22% of the Company's total voting rights as disclosed on 18 January 2024. In addition, Greg holds 86,629 under unvested Deferred Bonus awards, 497,949 under Long Term Incentive Plan awards (subject to performance conditions) and 225,223 under Long Term Incentive Plan awards inclusive of 103,095 subject to holding period.
The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation:
