Director's PCA Share Purchase
Vertu Motors announces that it was notified on 14 November 2018, of the following acquisition ("Dealing") of beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Helen Forrester, a person closely associated (PCA) with Robert Forrester, CEO and director of the Company. The Dealing took place on 14 November 2018 at a price of 38.3p per Ordinary Share:
