THE VITEC GROUP PLC
The Company advises that EES Trustees International Limited, as trustee of the Vitec Group Employee Trust (ET), purchased 16,250 shares of The Vitec Group plc today at 500p per share in connection with the future exercise of incentive scheme awards.
The Executive Directors of The Vitec Group plc are included as potential beneficiaries under the ET and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
Following these transactions, the ET holds 704,582 ordinary shares on which dividends are waived and are treated as non-dilutive.
