Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)
Exercise of Sharesave option by Stephen Bird
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Stephen Bird, Group Chief Executive, exercised a Sharesave option over 2,560 shares at an option price of £4.92 per share. These shares have been retained.
Stephen Bird now holds 207,597 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 28,764 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Stephen Bird and are held by Link Asset Services Trustees Limited. The Trustee holds the shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan. Stephen Bird's holding also includes 2,000 shares held by a connected person.
Exercise of Sharesave option by Jon Bolton
The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Jon Bolton, Group Company Secretary, exercised a Sharesave option over 1,829 shares at an option price of £4.92 per share. These shares have been retained.
Jon Bolton now holds 30,242 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 3,922 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Stephen Bird and are held by Link Asset Services Trustees Limited. The Trustee holds the shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
