The Vitec Group plc ("the Company")

New directorship held in another publicly quoted company

In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), the Company has been informed that its Chief Executive, Stephen Bird, has been appointed as a Non-executive director and Senior Independent Director of Dialight plc with effect from 10 January 2013.
