REVISED PUBLICATION DATE FOR ANNUAL REPORT
The Company announces a revised publication date for its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019. To ensure proper disclosures are included relating to the potential impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the annual report and accounts will now be published during the week of 18 May 2020.
On 26 March 2020, the Financial Conduct Authority issued a statement of policy recognising the unprecedented challenges faced by companies and their auditors in preparing audited financial information as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Although the measurement of assets and liabilities in the accounts at 31 December 2019 will not be adjusted for the post year-end emergence of COVID-19, the Board, Victory Park Capital and the Company's independent auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, agree it is prudent to delay the issue of the annual report and accounts to ensure appropriate disclosure of the potential impact of COVID-19.
The Company expects to release its 31 March 2020 newsletter and quarterly investor letter during the week of 4 May 2020.
