Notification of new directorship
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Kevin Ingram, an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Company's Audit and Valuation Committee, was appointed to the board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc with effect from 6th April 2017 and will act as Senior Independent Director. On the same date, Mr Ingram resigned as Chairman and a director of Aberdeen UK Tracker Trust plc.
