Exercise of Options
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, is pleased to announce that following the exercise of options 335,129 new ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 335,129 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 18 June 2014.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 105,411,214 ordinary shares.
