Director share purchase
Versarien (AIM: VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, has been notified that on 10 December 2015 Neill Ricketts, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 71,000 shares in the Company at a price of 14p per share. Following this purchase Neill Ricketts holds 15,375,000 shares in the Company representing 14.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
