Grant of awards under Long Term Incentive Plan
The Remuneration Committee has on 18 July 2024 approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to AC Bielby for 62,424 shares.
The award will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027.
