The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: JFG Pilkington - 71,700 notional shares, NA Stothard - 52,200 shares and AM Bainbridge - 38,800 shares.
The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2019.
