Vp PLC06 August 2007 Vp plc ("Vp" or "the Group") Acquisition Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces the acquisition, by itstool hire subsidiary Hire Station, of the business and assets of ET HireLimited's operations in Scotland, for a cash consideration of £1.1million. The business comprises three branches in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Livingston withover 14 years of successful trading. Neil Stothard, Group Managing Director, commented: "The acquisition of this business significantly strengthens our distributioncapability in Scotland in support of revenue growth opportunities available fortool hire in this region."
