Publication of Prospectus
Acorn Minerals Plc has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with its proposed admission of the entire issued share capital of the Company to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and the placing of 7,739,255 ordinary shares in the Company at a placing price of 20p per share.
The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. A copy of the prospectus is available from http://www.acornminerals.com/prospectus and a copy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
