Interim Results Extension

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc (AIM:VOG), an extractor and distributor of gas in Cameroon, advises that it will publish its interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2021, no later than 31 October 2021.

Pursuant to the guidance issued by Aim Regulation in the Inside AIM notification dated 27 January 2021, the Company is utilising the one-month extension to the date by which it is required to publish its interim accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2021 under AIM Rule 18. This extension is due to the continued disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
